Take the time to read this, please. You’ll get way more out of your Embody Love Mastery Experience and it’s important that we are on the same page when working together. Herein the terms The Embody Love Mastery Coach will refer to (Elizabeth St. Germain) and Client will refer to (You).

Confidentiality 

The Embody Love Mastery program will not divulge that you are in a coaching relationship without your express consent. You, of course, are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time.

All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your Mastery Coach. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging an appointment at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling via phone or contact (and receive reply) via email.

Tasks are assigned to assist in accelerating your change and the achievement of your desired results.

No problem! All live sessions are recorded and will be uploaded into the Members Portal and you can receive support from The Embody Love Mastery in the Facebook group.

Most certainly! We recommend staying with the pace of the group so you can receive support and accountability in real-time, but if it works better for you to do in your time, that's great too. All class material will be in your Member's Portal. 

No. All benefits begin as soon as you enroll in the program. Embarking on this journey requires dedication and fortitude to see this process through. 

Your Embody Love Mastery Coach is available during the week via email to share wins, seek clarity on actions or review minor issues. Again, there is no charge for any of the brief “catch up emails”.

They are part of your agreement with The Embody Love Mastery Coach.

No refunds, credits or transfers available for missed classes and no-shows. However, all recordings and class materials will be in your portal. 

The Embody Love Mastery Programs are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing Coaching for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit or transfer.

Is not possible after your program is in progress.

Coaching calls with your Mastery Coach above and beyond the two calls included with your membership are at the Client’s expense, and initiated by the Client.

If any instalment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled coaching and class session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the 7 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited and full payment will apply. If the Client should default on any instalment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Embody Love Mastery Program and the Cancellation Policy will apply. An N.S.F. or credit card decline will result in a penalty from our payment processing company in cases of payment default.

The Embody Love Mastery Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.

All material relating to the Embody Love Mastery Program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business or investment actions.

By entering into th Embody Love Mastery Agreement either through signing an Embody Love Mastery Coaching Agreement with checking off box online on the order form page or paying any amount to your Embody Love Mastery Coach, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
